OK it might look obvious but I'm oblivious, do you stack these by the day and just add them on one by one or... what? Proud of you and totally your cheer leader!
I've been adding them to my daily workout and stacking them like in the song. First day did plank along with my cardio, second day I did wall squats and plank on top of strength training etc etc
